Beta Terms of Use

Wishcraft lets you create and change your own personal Android app by describing what you want in plain words. Our system uses AI to generate the app’s code, builds it, signs it, and delivers an installable Android package (APK) to your device. Wishcraft is Android only — iPhone is not supported.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the beta. The beta is invite-only; your access is personal to you and may not be shared or transferred.

This is pre-release software provided for testing. It may be incomplete, change without notice, be unavailable at times, lose data, or be discontinued entirely. We provide no uptime commitment or service level during the beta, and we may add, remove, or change features at any time.

The apps you create are generated automatically by AI from your prompts. They may contain bugs, errors, incorrect results, or security weaknesses, and they may not do what you asked. We do not review or guarantee the apps that are generated. Everything you build is provided on an “as is” basis.

Do not use apps you generate with Wishcraft for any purpose where an error or failure could cause harm or loss — including medical, health, financial, legal, safety, security, or emergency decisions. Generated apps are for personal experimentation and convenience, not for professional or life-critical use.

Wishcraft delivers your app as an APK that you install directly on your device, which requires enabling installation from unknown sources. These apps are not distributed or reviewed by Google Play. You understand and accept the security trade-offs of installing apps this way, and you are responsible for the device you install them on.

You agree not to use Wishcraft to request, create, or distribute apps that:

• •are illegal, or that facilitate illegal activity;
• •are malicious — such as malware, spyware, or tools to harvest credentials or track people without consent;
• •infringe someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• •are deceptive, harassing, hateful, or harmful to others.

You also agree not to attempt to attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or probe the build system, and not to try to access the app signing key, other testers’ apps or data, or any part of our infrastructure you’re not meant to reach.

The code generated by Wishcraft, together with the Wishcraft platform, templates, and branding, is owned by us. This is important during the beta because generated code and the underlying app framework may be reused and improved across the service.

While the beta is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to install and use the apps you generate on your own devices. You may not sell, publish, or redistribute your generated apps (or the Wishcraft app itself) to the public, and you may not use our name or branding except to refer to the service.

Generated apps may include open-source components, which remain licensed under their own terms. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

To run the service we store your account details, the prompts you write, and information about your builds and apps. During the beta we may change, reset, rebuild, or delete any app, build, or data at any time — including to fix problems, apply framework updates, or reset the test environment. Don’t keep anything in a Wishcraft app that you can’t afford to lose.

We may use prompts and build data to operate, debug, and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights over it, including how to request deletion of your data.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve Wishcraft without any obligation, restriction, or payment to you.

Wishcraft builds your apps using AI models provided by Anthropic (Claude). Your use is also subject to Anthropic’s applicable usage policies, and we can’t guarantee the availability or behaviour of these third-party models.

We may suspend or terminate your access, or disable building, at any time and for any reason during the beta — including if you break these terms. You may stop using Wishcraft at any time. When the beta ends or your access is terminated, apps and data associated with your account may be removed.

Wishcraft is not yet publicly released. Please don’t publicly share, demonstrate, benchmark, or write about the beta, or give access to anyone else, without our permission.

Wishcraft and everything it generates are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service or any generated app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for your purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CISTO KO SUZA d.o.o. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the beta or any app you generate. Because the beta is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to EUR 100.

You agree to cover and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your prompts, the apps you generate or use, your data, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

We may update these terms as the beta evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and, where practical, let you know. Continuing to use Wishcraft after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and the courts of Zagreb have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
